The great news is that this is up to you. There is a suggested time to allow for each module, but remember, this is a journey of discovery, self awareness and creating long lasting habits, you might find you want to really dig in to a module and spend more than the suggested time. That’s cool. This is your course, there is no time limit.

Five different resources available to support your journey of discovery and self awareness to create long lasting habits.


Module 1 - Clear The Overwhelm
(Allow 2 Weeks)

Sometimes, we stay stuck because there seems to be too much to do and no clear way to get started.
In this module you will clear that overwhelming feeling and discover a clear way to get started.
You will create an inspiring, achieveable vision for your future, one that motivates and excites you.

By the end of this module you will be pumped with purpose and excitement and crystal clear about what your next steps are.


Module 2 - Reveal the stories that have been keeping you stuck
(Allow 2 Weeks)

It’s true that we are often our own harshest critics.
In this module you will come face to face with your harsh critic: your inner mean girl. You’ll discover all the places she hides and the tricky ways she holds you back. You will learn exactly how to identify your critic and the steps to take to successfully and confidently remove her power over you.

By the end of this module you will be able to catch your unhelpful thinking and stop it in its tracks!


Module 3 - Make choices that are true to you
(Allow 2 Weeks)

You can’t control or fix everything, know where to focus your energy for the best results

In this module you will put yourself in the driver’s seat. You will sort through your challenges, frustrations and worries and make choices about which ones to focus your time and energy on. You will define your best self and the values that mean most to you. You will learn a powerful model for handling any situation, not matter how difficult it seems.

By the end of this module you will be seeing challenges and conflict in a whole different light and you will have the confidence to deal with whatever comes your way!

Module 4 - Bring peace to your mind and to your day
(Allow 1 Week)

Self care is not selfish, it is vital. After all, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

In this module you will discover the vital importance of making time to nurture your wellbeing. You will learn simple, effective, affordable ways to make self care part of your everyday life. You will create a daily practice that flows easily and leaves you feeling energised and capable of giving your best self to others.

By the end of this module you will have formed your own self care practice that nourishes you, calms your mind and makes you a joy to be around!


Module 5 - Create a life of balance and flow
(Allow 1 Week)

Prepare to succeed!

In this module you will deal with the big B’s : Balance and Busyness. You will get clear on what balance looks like and feels like for you and you will learn a simple, proven way to avoid getting sucked into the trap of constant busyness.

By the end of this module you will have a plan for ongoing success and embedding the new habits you have created during this course.


Module 6 - Celebrate - make a day of it

All that hard work deserves acknowledgement

In this module you will measure your success and compare back to where you were when you started this course. You will be surprised at how far you’ve come! You will take time to reflect on what you have learned and the new habits you’ve created. And importantly, you’ll take time to consider your next steps forward and how you’ll sustain the changes you’ve made.

By the end of this module you will be so proud of your achievements and full of confidence in your ability to keep up the good work!
